Candle

Description

Hand poured soy wax candle in a hand thrown 100% local clay container.    The scent is Fierce and the wick is jute twine.    The container is 3.25″ across and 3″ tall.

This clay was dug by me in Moon Oklahoma.   It was hand processed and then dried to a workable state.

The item is hand thrown on the wheel, dried to leather hard and then trimmed. When it is completely dry, it was to cone 10 (about 2300 F with a very slow rise towards the end). After firing, the bottoms are sanded smooth.
